To support our business expansion, Union Tec Vietnam is looking for a new member to join our team as a Business Development / Sales representative.

This is a key role responsible for the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and identifying client needs to developing proposals, closing contracts, and coordinating between clients and our design and production teams.

We welcome candidates eager to leverage their experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate to help Union Tec Vietnam develop new business opportunities.

3. Job Description

・Prospect and develop new clients
・Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and industry stakeholders
・Proactively reach out to businesses, investors, and brands in need of design and construction services
・Attend meetings, facilitate discussions, and work directly with clients
・Identify client needs, concepts, budgets, timelines, and specific requirements
・Collaborate with the design team to develop suitable proposals
・Monitor and manage projects from Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Contract

4. Requirements

・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・At least 4 years of professional experience
・Experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales
・Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships
・Proactive, with a passion for meeting and connecting with people
・Ability to listen to and understand client needs
・Business mindset with the ability to follow through on projects from initial contact to contract signing

Candidates with experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate who are looking to transition into Business Development are also welcome.

A professional network in real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, F&B, retail, or healthcare is an advantage.

・Base salary independent of sales targets
