Job Description

This role involves synthesizing client requirements, defining spatial design directions, and driving the overall project progress. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners (such as designers and project managers), supporting clients from the initial concept phase through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys, listen to client needs, and categorize project requirements.

Develop project plans and establish design concepts.

Draft proposals and prepare presentation materials for pitching.

Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal and external project members.

Monitor and strictly control project progress, quality, and implementation status.
