About the Role

Join Union Tec Vietnam as a Construction Manager and play a key role in bringing design concepts to life. At Union Tec, Construction Managers are involved from the early planning stage, working closely with designers to transform creative ideas into exceptional built environments.

Working alongside clients, architects, consultants, and contractors, you'll oversee projects from pre-construction planning through final completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and successful project delivery.

From offices and commercial environments to hospitality and healthcare projects, you'll contribute to projects across Vietnam and Japan while developing valuable technical expertise and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior construction projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and procurement plans.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, project progress, and overall site performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and support project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Contribute to office, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare projects across Vietnam and Japan.

Requirements

Required

• Professional experience in construction management, interior fit-out, or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Preferred

• Experience managing office, retail, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
• Construction management certification or related qualifications.
• Experience with cost estimation, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Japanese or English communication skills.
• Experience working in international or multidisciplinary teams.
