About the Role

As a Construction Manager at Union Tec Vietnam, you will play a key role in transforming design concepts into real spaces. Our Construction Managers are involved in projects from the early design stages, working closely with designers to turn creative ideas into high-quality spaces.You will collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and construction companies to manage the entire project, from initial planning through completion. You will ensure quality and safety while leading projects toward successful completion.You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in both Japan and Vietnam, including offices, commercial facilities, hospitality spaces, and medical facilities, while developing your expertise in construction technology and project management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage interior construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, consultants, and construction companies
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, preliminary cost estimates, and procurement plans
• Monitor construction quality, safety, progress, and on-site conditions
• Manage and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and construction-related partners
• Identify and resolve issues, respond to urgent matters, and support construction operations
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with materials, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage construction projects for offices, commercial facilities, hospitality spaces, and medical facilities in Japan and Vietnam

Requirements

Required

• Practical experience in construction management, interior construction, or a related field
• Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and project coordination
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complete tasks within deadlines
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Preferred

• Experience managing construction projects for offices, retail spaces, hospitality facilities, or healthcare facilities
• Qualifications or certifications related to construction management
• Experience in cost estimation, schedule management, and project coordination
• Japanese or English communication skills
• Experience working in an international or multidisciplinary team
