About the Role

Join Union Tec Vietnam as an Interior Designer and help create inspiring spaces across Vietnam and Japan. From offices and commercial environments to hospitality and healthcare projects, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful design solutions from concept development through project completion.

Beyond creating beautiful interiors, you'll contribute to spaces that enhance business performance, strengthen brand identity, and improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop spatial concepts and interior design solutions.
• Prepare design presentations and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Participate in projects across Vietnam and Japan.
• Contribute to innovative workplace, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare environments.

Requirements

Required

• Professional experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for design and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience in office, retail, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D visualization workflows.
• Japanese or English communication skills.
• Experience working in international or multidisciplinary teams.
