Project Manager

Job Description

Manage the schedule, quality, and budget of architectural and interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution. Coordinate and oversee the entire project by fostering close collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and construction crews.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and clarify client requirements and detailed project scope.

Develop implementation plans and manage project timelines.

Strictly monitor budgets, construction quality, and project status.

Coordinate and bridge communication between design and construction teams.

Lead meetings, prepare reports, and draft relevant documentation.

Proactively address and resolve issues that arise during construction.
