The partnership aims to provide students from Duy Tan University and VJIET with practical experience in Japan's interior and spatial design industry while nurturing the next generation of spatial designers who can build successful careers in both Vietnam and Japan.

By combining Japanese language education, design education, and on-the-job training (OJT) through actual client projects, the program aims to cultivate spatial designers capable of building successful careers not only in Vietnam but also in Japan.

Under this partnership, Union Tec Vietnam will provide internship opportunities and practical educational programs for students from Duy Tan University and VJIET.
The collaboration will focus on the following initiatives:

Practical Experience in Japan's Interior and Spatial Design Industry

Students will gain hands-on experience through projects for Japanese clients handled by Union Tec Vietnam. These opportunities will allow them to learn the practical workflow of spatial design, architectural CG rendering, and presentation material development.

Developing Professionals with Japanese Language and Design Skills

By integrating VJIET's Japanese language education, Duy Tan University's design curriculum, and on-the-job training (OJT) through Union Tec Vietnam's real-world projects, the program will help students develop both the communication skills and professional expertise required to work with Japanese companies.

Internship and Future Employment Opportunities

Based on each student's skills, career aspirations, and internship performance, the program aims to create employment opportunities at either Union Tec Vietnam or Union Tec Co., Ltd. in Japan.

The program will begin with a small group of participants in its first year and will continue to evolve through ongoing evaluation and improvement, establishing a sustainable model for talent development.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from Duy Tan University, VJIET, and Union Tec Vietnam, who reaffirmed their shared vision for the future direction of the talent development program.

During the ceremony, Union Tec Vietnam introduced its architectural CG rendering and spatial design services for Japanese clients, as well as the practical work experience and internship opportunities available to participating students.

Representatives from Duy Tan University and VJIET also shared their educational vision for cultivating professionals who can serve as bridges between Japan and Vietnam, while expressing their expectations for deeper collaboration with Japanese companies.

Moving forward, the partners will gradually implement the program by recruiting and selecting students, designing internship curricula, and providing on-the-job training (OJT) through actual client projects.
